Allow users to build and share widgets with the product team (edited)
If there was a way for users to contribute code it would take some of the heat off the Simplifi team. I'd be happy to build some utilities if there were a way to do so.

Would you mind clarifying your request a bit, please? Are you looking for the ability to share code with our product team? Or with other users? Or are you referring to something specific, like being able to share Reports with others, such as what's been requested here?

- Simplifi provides an API that allows logged in users to query their own data.
- Developers create widgets (and perhaps additional pages) that use this data to provide new features. For example, instead of building the widget requested here, you just allow the community to build it.

I would worry about the widgets "stealing my information." I trust Quicken, but I may not trust all third-party programmers.

Understood - Simplifi would need to audit these plugins to ensure there's no phone-home going on.

Or perhaps there wouldn't be a widget sharing option; you could only do your own.
