Merrill Edge Workaround Found!
Hi all! New to Simplify and working on setting up my accounts. I ran into an error with adding my Merrill Edge account and found a post from May that this is a known issue and no known fix date is available. BUT wanted to share a workaround I found. So the login for Merrill Edge (merrilledge.com) also works on the Merrill Lynch website (ml.com). Same login. So instead of adding an account for Merrill Edge, I added an account for Merrill Lynch Investments and that connected just fine and I was able to add my Edge account!
I'll add one caveat. I'm not 100% if my Edge account auto appeared in ML.com or if I had to use the "Link an Asset Account" to pull it in (it's been a hot minute since I created it). But either way this worked to pull Edge into Simplify.
