Add new account PennyMac not downloading transactions

Hello,

Just curious if this is an isolated (just me) or known issue for PennyMac not downloading transactions? I just added PennyMac as mortgage account and transaction did not download.

according to this support article, Simplifi will keep track of your balance for you but does not download transactions for loan accounts including mortgage accounts.

I don't have any loans nor a mortgage so not sure how to handle your monthly payment other than as a monthly recurring expense. Simplifi is not set up at this time to do much more than that.
