[removed] I can't connect citibank though (Care Code: FDP-192 error with a 2 factor authentification turned off) and that's where my main spending account is, i didn't ask about it specifically thinking that this is a popular account and it must be supported. I just purchased a subscription 30 min ago, how can i cancel it now?

It looks like you've already been canceled, though — were you able to request a refund as well?
