Mobile push notifications not working?

I haven't gotten any push notifications even though I have them turned on in the app and allowed via my app settings (Android). They don't work for support messages either.
Are they working for others?

To troubleshoot this issue, please start by uninstalling and reinstalling the Quicken Simplifi app.
