I use Quicken product for ages and have a question about online banking bill payments (edited)

I am using Simplify connected to my bank (Key.com) to get a better understanding of where my money goes.
I have several payees maintained in my online banking bill payments, where the payee has the access to my checking account and can fetch the proper amount on a proper date. All such auto-pay transactions are reported by Simplify as being late / not paid. It is not apriori obvious whether this is a problem with Key, Simplify or the configuration between these two entities.
Can someone explain what is causing this issue and how to remedy it. Thanks!

I'm not sure that I'm following the issue — do you have Recurring Transactions for these items set up in Quicken Simplifi, or are the transactions not downloading from the bank, etc.?
