I use Quicken product for ages and have a question about online banking bill payments (edited)

I am using Simplify connected to my bank (Key.com) to get a better understanding of where my money goes.

I have several payees maintained in my online banking bill payments, where the payee has the access to my checking account and can fetch the proper amount on a proper date. All such auto-pay transactions are reported by Simplify as being late / not paid. It is not apriori obvious whether this is a problem with Key, Simplify or the configuration between these two entities.

Can someone explain what is causing this issue and how to remedy it. Thanks!
