Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Could you please provide a bit more information? What kind of device is this happening on (Apple, Android, tablet, smartphone, etc)? Is this happening in the Mobile App or the Web App? Has it always been like that when accessing Simplifi on that device, or did it just recently start behaving that way? If you access Simplifi using more than one device, does it behave this way on all your devices?
