New user coming from Mint. Inquiring about Simplifi promotions
Moving from Mint there was a 3 months for free Simplifi offer. I enrolled and now see there is a 1-year free offer. Seems unfair. Is this the way Simplifi is promoted? Can the 3 month offer be elevated to the one-year free deal?

@jersba Send a message through the chat box in your Simplifi website when support agents are available (5 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time). I just got the free year as I asked. Someone will review your instance to see if you imported Mint data. I figured since I have been living here now and helping out, I earned my free year 😊. The promotion is not automatically applied, you need to ask.
