Green Reviewed Checkmark When Hovering is Confusing

Please update the transaction activity UI so that the green reviewed checkmark does not show up when you hover on the transaction row. It's confusing that even when it's unchecked, it shows up as a green check when you hover. This leads me to believe that I already marked it as reviewed and I then move my eyes onto the next transaction, move my mouse, and realize that I hadn't yet clicked the reviewed checkmark.

I realize that you need some sort of target to show people where to click, but it shouldn't look so similar (slightly different green) than the regular green check. A light grey like the flag and checkbox would be more intuitive, IMO.
