Citizens Bank transactions not updating (edited)
Account balance is up to date, but transactions from my bank arent posting timely. Makes this tool useless. How can i manage my budgeting if information is not timely recorded

Please provide a bit more information so the Community can get a clear picture of what's going on, such as:
- The name(s) of the bank(s) in question.
- Describe what exactly is occurring — are you missing transactions, is the balance not updating, etc.
- How long the issue has been occurring.
- What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Citizens bank….the last update of transactions was on 12/22,,bank balance is correct

the transactions after 12/22 show on my banking app and website

I am experiencing the exact same issue with Citizens. I have reset my connection multiple times, the connection is successfull and the balance is correct but no transactions are being passed into Simplifi.
