Import from Mint (successful) but where are my transactions?

I attempted to import transactions from Mint (followed the instructions as shown) to 2 different accounts, updated the categories in Settings, but none of my transactions showed up. Where are they? Is there a button to display the transactions?

    Do you have transactions before 2020? If so, follow the instructions below to display them.

    In the transaction list, hover to the right of "Showing Transactions…" text.

    Then, select all time. Your older transactions will appear.

    @UrsulaA thanks for responding. I had to reset and do it again and it worked the second time.
