I want to delete my simplifi account and start over. How do I do it?

@Dorinneke, if you'd like, we can delete your Quicken Simplifi dataset so you can completely start over — just let us know!

Deleting the account is not necessary to start over. I started over and deleted the institutions/connections and then the accounts.

After that, I set up the accounts again and reconnected them.

@Coach Natalie has the ability to delete your dataset and start over if you don't want to do it yourself. At this particular hour, I believe she is off until at least tomorrow, and she doesn't typically work weekends (others monitor the group and lately participate during those hours).

Or you can start another account with a different email address and then have someone delete the dataset associated with the original email address later.

But if you start another account, that's another paid subscription… And under a different e-mail address which you might not be used to using to sign in.

Correct @RobWilk - I recommend the option above. Delete the bank accounts, connections, and start over.
