Missing RiverCity FCU

Please add RiverCity FCU (rivercityfcu.org). I paid for a Simplifi subscription, but it is not usable for me if my banking info can't be added. Thanks!

  • Does anyone actually work on these requests? I have called numerous times and each time was told that my request would be elevated. I have requested this since December 2023, and there is still no update. Please do not ruin a good product with poor customer service.

    To clarify, we can't guarantee we'll be able to add support for a requested bank. Now that your request has been officially submitted via this Missing Financial Institution Request, we'll be able to keep you updated if/when any news becomes available.

    You might also consider contacting the bank and making the request on their end as well. You can share this link to our service provider with them: https://www.intuit.com/partners/fdp/implementation-support/ofx/

    @hanl235 The important thing to know is that it's a 3rd party that handles the banking connections, all Quicken can do is request that they add it.

  • I have loved Quicken in the past and love Simplifi now; it just isn't working well for me because my bank account is not connected. My bank is connected with traditional Quicken, so it shouldn't be that hard to add it to Simplifi. I would think that Quicken choses this 3rd party and should have some input. I'm disappointed, no matter whose fault it is.
