Please Add NetXInvestor (non-Royal Alliance) [edited]

I am a recent convert from Mint and I was able to connect to NetXInvestor which is my retirement account at work. I am also able to do that in Credit Karma. In Simplifi, the option I get to add in the search box is Royal Alliance - NetXInvestor. When I enter my information, it takes me all the way to the last screen where it can't connect because I think that they my company code is different than the Royal Alliance.

Please provide the URL (web address) you use when logging into the financial institution website directly.

same. it allows me to go through the entire login process and then won't actually connect to my non—royal alliance netxinvestor account. Please add! thank you!

@Nishant try connecting through Pershing. If you type in "Pershing" you will see a few possible selections including one that uses the netxinvestor.com URL.
