Please Add NetXInvestor (non-Royal Alliance) [edited]
I am a recent convert from Mint and I was able to connect to NetXInvestor which is my retirement account at work. I am also able to do that in Credit Karma. In Simplifi, the option I get to add in the search box is Royal Alliance - NetXInvestor. When I enter my information, it takes me all the way to the last screen where it can't connect because I think that they my company code is different than the Royal Alliance.

Hi Natalie, I think it is a NetXInvestor question - if you hover over the link you'll see that Citi is using their platform.

Are you able to login to your Citi Personal Wealth Management account(s) using the URL in the original post?
If that URL does not allow you to login to your account(s), then your request would be separate from this one and you would want to create a separate request.

I was able to login and connect to my CitiPWM by add via "Pershing Investments".
