Not seeing transaction marked as subscription in Spending Plan subscriptions section

Seems simple enough to select between transaction bill or subscription, but dont see subscription transactions in spending plan subscriptions section… Can't seem to get this to work…

To clarify, is the item in question a single transaction or a Recurring Transaction? If the latter, you can edit the Recurring Series and change the Type to "Subscription":
Otherwise, if it's for a single transaction, since you can currently only mark them as one-time bills, I'd suggest adding your vote and feedback here:
