Refund Request

Hi there,

Due to Mint moving to CK I've signed up and tried Quicken today along with a different service. Sadly, I will be going with the other platform, so I would like to request a refund. I've tried to find a way to request my refund but it looks like I'll have to request through the website as I signed up using my desktop. Happy New Year and thank you in advance!

Thanks for giving Simplifi a chance! Per your request, your subscription has been cancelled and we processed the refund. The funds should be returned to your card (the same one you used when you signed up) within 5-10 business days.
