Yearly transactions

Hi

Any recommendations on how to budget a yearly transaction? for example if I pay home insurance once a year for $120, I want to save $10/month. I tried setting up in planned spending 10 for home insurance but then at the end of the month it offers to free the money.

Similarly if I want to save $25/month for car repairs what would be a good way to do that?
