Marcus by Goldman Sachs Connection Issue (edited)

I am unable to connect to my marcus account. I get the message "We cannot connect at this time"

    My Marcus by Goldman Sachs account connected this morning as usual. In the afternoon, around 3 PM, I started getting errors. Fortunately, all the transactions and balances are saved.

    I reset the connection, which fixed the issue for a few minutes, but then the account disconnected.

    I also made my account manual and then attempted to link Marcus again. I got the following error:

    I also use another aggregation service, Yodlee Money, and it is also having connection issues. I wonder if Marcus by Goldman Sachs is blocking aggregators or having outages.

    I can connect to the bank web site simply fine.

    I connected this account on December 4 and just opened it on November 27. I also sent the feedback logs via the web app.

    I switched the Marcus Online Savings account to manual last night as I know it is not connecting to the bank. This morning, the account only shows a balance of $2000, which is the amount of the deposit received yesterday. The prior transactions as not counted in the balance.

    Do I need to delete the Marcus manual account and reimport the transactions to resolve this? Or is something being done behind the scenes to solve this?

    When I download the CSV file, the transactions add up to the correct balance but the app does not (web and mobile).

    CSV transactions enclosed. Account was opened on 11/27/2023.

    I wonder if my balance issue is related to the post below. However, all my transactions are dated before today so the balance should work.

    Marcus is not connecting to Simplifi at all for me, as a new account having not been added before.

  • Similar issue. Getting FDP-102 every time for linking Marcus.

  • Same here. FDP-102. Account balance changed to a weird number so I had to switch it to a manual account

  • Simplifi now sees my Marcus accounts (and no longer gives the FDP-102 error), but is not pulling the current balance or any transactions.

    Since we're currently experiencing some issues with Marcus by Goldman Sachs, please be sure to follow our Alert for updates:

    Once the Alert is resolved, please let us know if anyone is still experiencing an issue, including an error, incorrect balance, missing transactions, etc.

    We'd also like to get an escalation submitted for the 102 error to see what our service provider says. Is anyone still receiving the 102 error now, or has the issue evolved to something else?

    I reconnected my Marcus account and the balance is now correct. No error.

    Marcus accounts now show my balance and transactions as well. Thanks for the quick fix!

    Hi all, now Marcus isn't even showing up as a supported financial institution? Did it get removed?

    I cannot connect either. Got my January interest updated and then the account disconnected.

  • Problem continues to exist as of February 5th

  • I have the 102 problem and cannot link my Marcus account anymore. I deleted it because it counted the sum as double, and now I can’t even connect anything
