Trouble with getting started, adding accounts as new user - website down/slow? (edited)
UPDATED: So I was finally able to add accounts. I don't know what magically happened, but after repeated attempts finally got through. On to finish set up now… hoping to Simplifi in 2024. :)
Long time Quicken Classic Deluxe user, who just signed up for Simplifi today. Received confirmation email, signed in, started adding accounts and got as far as securing connection then little whirling blue circle just keeps spinning round and round. Where should I go to receive help setting up a new account? Thank you in advance! Amanda
