Suggest "Transfers" or "Using Transfers" be added as a category in the Community.

Since Transfers apply to different areas of the program, such as individual transactions, the Spending Plan, etc., I think the existing Community categories cover things pretty well. Would you or @UrsulaA mind providing a use case for having a separate 'Using Transfers' category?

For starters, Transfers has its own unique function in the app now, distinct from bills or subscriptions.

Also, there's been a lot of questions recently about how transfers actually work, what they mean, how to interpret them, etc.

Yes, @ajbopp, agreed. Could a transfer tag do the trick to find posts regarding transfers?
