    Hello @gioeleilliano,

    To troubleshoot this issue, the first thing I'd recommend is that you log out and close the Web app. Then reopen the Web app and log back in.

    If the issue persists after you have done that, then please provide additional information. Which browser do you use when accessing the Web app? Have you tried using a different browser? Do you encounter the same issues on the Mobile app? Are you getting any error messages? If so, what are the exact messages you're receiving? What device are you using when accessing Quicken Simplifi (for example: a Windows 10 PC, an Apple iPad Pro, etc)?
