Alliant Visa Duplicate Transactions (edited)

Simplifi has an ongoing issue of duplicating transactions from the Alliant Visa card since 2022. Can anyone provide affirmation that 2024 will see a resolution? Continuing to battle the software and correct reports is not sustainable.

There is also a post showing instructions on how to merge duplicate transactions, however, this feature is no longer available or does not work with transactions from this card.

    Hello @wylie1,

    To clarify, could you please provide more detail about the transactions you're trying to merge? Are these duplicate transactions that all downloaded from the financial institution, or do you have manual transactions that aren't being matched when the corresponding transaction downloads from the financial institution? If all of the transactions downloaded from the financial institution, then you will not have the option to merge them.
