    @jcweng, thanks for reaching out!

    A 155 error indicates that the bank is permanently or indefinitely blocking connection traffic. As mentioned in a post from a few months ago (click here), I believe this is due to a longstanding issue with their service provider (Loan Administration). For this error, all we can really do is recommend contacting the bank directly to help make them aware of the issue.
