    @DGay, thanks for posting your request to the Community!

    It looks like this bank is already supported in Quicken Simplifi under "Raymond James & Associates":

    Please give this a try and let us know how it goes!

    @Coach Natalie

    Thank you for looking into my question. My login credentials will not work on this page. I sign on to my Raymond James investments thru the client access url https://clientaccess.rjf.com/ . Are you able to add this as an option?

    Echoing the above comment, Raymond James doesn't work for me either as I also login via https://clientaccess.rjf.com/ which is a different URL than what you support. I'm a migrator from Mint and if this doesn't work then I can't use Simplifi.

    Hello @DGay,

    When I check the supported financial institutions list, it does show the same URL that you provided.

    Are you able to connect your account in Quicken Simplifi using the Raymond James & Associates connection option? If not, what error messages/codes are you seeing when you try to connect?

    I look forward to your response!

    Hi,

    FYI, I use the same client access URL for Raymond James and it is working for me in Simplifi. I did run into some issues with the connection in January but it is working for me now. Here is a link to the discussion:

    Hello @Rory,

    I'm glad to hear it's working for you now.

    @DGay,

    Have you been able to get connected? If not, please provide more information about what issues you're encountering so we can assist.

    Thank you!
