CSV import leaves out transactions prior to 2020

I was a previous Mint user, and I exported all of my transactions from there to a CSV file for each individual account.

When importing this data, it seems that nothing prior to 2020 is successfully imported. I've checked the CSV files and confirmed there are transactions in there prior to 2020. I have transaction data going back to 2013. Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround for it if it is?

I was a former Mint user and successfully imported transactions from 2014 to 2022. Go to the transaction list and set the date selector under transactions since to all time. The date display defaults to 2020.
