Discover Bank validation alerts not received
I am trying to connect my Discover Bank account. I specified "Text" for the authentication alert. But I am not receiving any text alerts.
I had a similar issue on another financial planning site. In that case, if I went back and tried to add the account again, I was able to switch from Text alerts to Email alerts. But on Simplifi, if I try to add Discover Bank again, it doesn't ask whether to use Text or Email, it just asks me to enter the authentication code again.

To assist with this issue, could you please provide more information? Are you getting any error messages when you try to add the account? Are you able to provide a screenshot of where you are getting stuck when trying to add the account in Quicken Simplifi? Did the text/email codes show up later on, or were they never received at all?
