iOS: Weird UX when creating payee rule within transaction
When I have a CC transaction for a new payee, it will normally show the "raw" payee value from the CC. Normally, I like to immediately create a rule for this payee so the name is friendlier to read.
These are my steps:
- Click transaction
- Click Payee
- Edit Payee Name
- Click the box for creating a rule
- Click Save
At this point, the "New Rule" form appears and allows me to create the rule. However, the form is prepopulated with the "raw" payee value from the CC and not the value I entered in step 3. It should be the modified value. It's easy to accidentally forget to change the value, since it's at the bottom of the screen and it's a step I already took in the previous form.
