TIAA Not Updating FDP-1022 error (edited)
I've not been able to update the balance on our TIAA account for the past few days. It has worked for over a year until this week. We get the prompt to select the phone number for sending the 2 factor code, but the text never comes and the box never pops back up for me to enter it. I reset the connection and it did send the 2 factor code on set up and showed me my account and the balance. I linked it to the existing account and then it asked for my number again to send the 2 factor but it never came that time and I ended back with the same error:
Account needs attention
(Care: FDP-1022)
We are unable to connect to TIAA Brokerage at this time.

@meoge, thanks for reaching out regarding this issue!
We have a known issue with multiple banks returning an FDP-1022 error, but it seems to be clearing up. Are you still seeing this issue in Quicken Simplifi?
