Condense Monthly lines in a multi year search

Have I missed a setting? Is there a setting to reduce 24 lines for a yearly search for 1 stock into 12? I have the lines set to "Tight"

Starting with transaction in 2021 there are only 12 line for monthly dividends and it's easy to follow. Prior to 2021 each month is shown with a separate transaction for that month.

There is not a missed setting, there is not a way to collapse lines as you requested without working with the menus on the left when sorting by date.

However, when I filter by "Showing Transactions Since yyyy" below the transaction activity heading, I can filter the date range. I also use some formulas on the date range to filter.

Searching for Dates

The following formulas can be used when searching for transaction dates in Quicken Simplifi:

• Searching "2/3/2022" or "02/03/2022" will search for transactions dated 02/03/2022.
• Searching "Feb 02, 2022" will search for transactions dated 02/03/2022.
• Searching "Feb 02 2022" will search for transactions dated 02/03/2022.
• Searching "February 02, 2022" will search for transactions dated 02/03/2022.
• Searching "2/3/2022ish" or "02/03/2022ish" will search for transactions dated around 02/03/2022.
• Searching ">2/3/2022" or ">02/03/2022" will search for transactions on or after 02/03/2022.
• Searching "<2/3/2022" or "<02/03/2022" will search for transactions on or before 02/03/2022.

Maybe I wasn't clear in my question or my attached picture of what I was interested in wasn't self explanatory enough.

I did not ask about filters. I asked about deleting the monthly headers. Note, in the screen shot, how March to January of 2022 takes 6 lines? Note how 2021 shows 6 months for 6 lines?

No way to delete the monthly headers, you can collapse them

Are you proposing a new idea? If so, then @Coach Natalie shared a link to a post that explains how to create “Idea Posts”. That is the best way to get other users to vote on your idea so that Simplifi can consider your idea…I’d vote for it.

In this case, maybe Natalie could change this post to an Idea Post from the backend once you confirm the intention of your original post.
