Unable to link live Oak Bank personal savings. The only bank option is for business

    To assist with this issue, please provide more information. What is the URL (web address) you go to when logging into the financial institution? Are you able to connect using the business option? If not, what error messages/codes do you see (if any)?

    no, i am not able to connect to the business option, only the personal banking
