cant figure out how to vote for an idea

I want Simplifi to copy Monarchs rules…i did search and came up with

I clicked on Ability to create transaction rules for Amounts and Accounts

and I get

I do not see a way to click an up arrow ….what am i doing wrong?

Well, there's two arrows, one pointing up and one pointing down. If you click or tap on the one pointing up, you will have voted for it.

Click the up arrow on the yellow box. From your screens, looks like you were trying to upvote another idea that did not work. I was able to upvote the idea above.
