Add more identifying info to the bank MFA screen so we know what account it's for (edited)

I have two accounts (mine and my wife's) at an investment firm added to Simplifi, but when MFA pops up, I have no idea which account needs its MFA key from Google Authenticator. Add some identifying information to the MFA screen.

I just found that even if I rename the two accounts at the same bank on the Settings page, the MFA screen doesn't show the custom name. So this issue persists with no workaround.
