Having Issue with adding BCU (edited)
Experience with simplifi has been extremely dissappointing. I have contacted Simplifi several times for the last few months and no resolution to adding my BCU accounts.

Can I ask what browser/OS you are using? Have you by chance tried with the mobile app?

It appears that you are one of the limited users who are on the Finicity aggregator instead of Intuit, which is why BCU is not showing up for you. We are aware of this issue and working on adding support for you, though I don't have an ETA to provide on a resolution. I'd suggest just continuing to try every so often for now, and feel free to check back in with us as well.
