Marcus by Goldman Sachs still can't connect (edited)
Just today, there was a notice posted by the technical team that the ongoing issue regarding account connectivity to Marcus by Goldman Sachs was resolved and closed. However, I continue to get the same error message when I try to add my Marcus account or link Marcus to my manual account transactions. Is anyone else still getting an error message for Marcus by Goldman Sachs?

With that, I'm viewing your connection attempts from our end and I don't see anything for Marcus by Goldman Sachs since February 3rd. What specific error are you receiving when attempting to connect today? Have you tried from a different browser or anything along those lines?

I don't even see Marcus as an eligible financial institution when I attempt to add it as an account

same issue if I try to link my manual account, there is no Marcus account in Quicken to link to.

It looks like you're one of the very few users who are set up on Finicity for online banking aggregation instead of Intuit, and I'm assuming that Finicity doesn't support Marcus by Goldman Sachs. Since I don't have access to any of the Finicity systems, please go ahead and contact our Support Team directly so that this can be dealt with properly. To save time, I'd definitely recommend letting them know you're on Finicity.

What does that mean, that I am on Finicity instead of Intuit, I don't know what that is.

Finicity and Intuit are providers that supply Quicken Simplifi with linked account data. Per Coach Natalie, you have been assigned to the Finicity aggregator.

Since it is currently in the early stages and very few people are on Finicity, I recommend that you reach out to Quicken Simplifi Support directly so your issue can be handled correctly. To save time, I recommend you let them know that you're currently on Finicity.
