Goal Contribution Notification - adjustable date setting (edited)

I propose a setting to change the notification that reminds you about contributing to goals on Simplifi. Presently, I believe it alerts on the 15th. Personally, I would rather it be later in the month but others may want it earlier.

Other notifications have their own settings, such as account balances below "$xxx".

Setting a target date would also allow for savings goals to be included in the Cash Flow report.
