Planned spending category names not appearing in iOS app (edited)

Explicit names for [planned spending items] are optional, and if a name is not specified it will use the name of the category. This works on desktop (Safari, macOS). However, on the mobile app, with no custom name set the name is left blank.

This only happens with custom categories (they have simple, one word names with no numbers or special characters). The third screenshot shows a default category that's displayed properly.

iOS app version 4.18.1 (34444)

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS version 17.2.1

    @Oleksander, thanks for reaching out!

    I'm not personally seeing this behavior on the Quicken Simplifi Mobile App, and I looked at existing Planned Spending items, as well as created a new Planned Spending item from both the Web and Mobile Apps, and I even tried with both a built-in Category and a custom-created Category.

    With that, I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the Quicken Simplifi Mobile App to see if doing so clears things up for you.

    Reinstalling the app didn't change anything.

    However, it's working properly now after naming and un-naming the spending categories. Problem solved!
