Expand Rule functionality: Category by account and payee "contains"

I have two enhancement requests for the rule functionality:

1. I have many payees who change the payee name every time (by adding transaction # to payee name). Can you please update the rule for payee to be either "Contains", "Begins with", or "Equal to"? Today it only supports "Equal To".
2. I have a credit card I use only for work. I would like to apply a category to any purchases made with that card.
