Can't see the bottom of the screen when splitting transactions (edited)

I'm unable to use the split transaction function because I'm not able to see the bottom of the screen. I'm using my Windows 11 laptop. I'm not having any problems with any other screen, app, etc. It's just here.

    On some (most?) screens, you need to zoom out with your browser in order to use Quicken Simplifi.. I think that's Ctrl + Minus to zoom out on windows (or Ctrl + Plus to zoom in).
