Planned spending and "total allotted" do not match.

On the planned spending tab it says -$3,989.01 within the tab under "total allotted" it says $3,697.00. These numbers should be the same why is there a discrepancy? Pic attached.

The planned spending on the left with the exclamation mark is the total allotted plus the amount overspent. The total allotted on the right is the sum of planned spending you configured.

Has this feature gone away? I found it really useful, but it is not showing up where it used to on the website or app.
