Lag in Planned Spending

Hello,

New to Quicken from Mint, I can't seem to update the Planned spending from Android or Windows. I saw that there were some problems with this a few months ago. Is this still an issue? If it is not resolved, I will have to ask for a refund and move to a different software. I need to be able to budget.

    Planned spending is working fine for me. If it does not refresh immediately:

    1. Use the refresh button on the web or mobile app.

    2. If the refresh above does not work, sign out and then back in.

    3. If 1 and 2 do not work, clean the cache and cookies, sign out and sign back in.
