@stuarto, thank you for your patience as this is being worked on!
We've heard back from Fidelity on this issue and they believe a fix they put in recently should resolve this for you. Can you try adding the account again and let me know how it goes, please?
Fingers crossed!

Hi @Coach Natalie — I just tried again today and no luck — it is behaving as before — the new account appears in the initial list of checkboxes, but does not appear in the next step of the import.

@stuarto, thanks for giving it another try! I let them know that you're still unable to add the account, and will post back here with the next update.
Thank you for your continued patience!

@stuarto, thank you for your continued patience with this!
Our engineering team would like you to try adding the missing Fidelity account using the new Finicity bank option we've added for Fidelity in Quicken Simplifi:
Let us know if that works for you!

Thanks Natalie — Can't use that — see message above. (4:30 PM Pacific Time today…)

Jon — It works this morning once I allow pop-ups in my browser!! That missing account now populates with the Akoya connector. Do you recommend using it for all Fidelity accounts at this point? What has changed? :)
