How do I get a call back on my unfinished appointment?

I scheduled a phone appointment as I could not get my CSV file to upload to Simplifi
You were closing and she said she would call back yesterday. I did not get a call and am stuck.

@Joy T, since we don't handle callbacks in the Community, your case was forwarded to our Support Team. It looks like they attempted to reach out twice and left a voicemail the second time. That voicemail should advise you of how to get back in touch with them. Otherwise, I'd suggest using the "Call Me" feature in the Help Center:

I believe the case number was 10891342

I would say try scheduling a new call back and provide the case number to whoever answers you..
