Please add the Thrivent Mutual Funds financial institution to Simplifi.

It worked for me in Mint.com as "https://www.thriventfunds.com/home.html".

Thank you!

    Hello @JerTech,

To assist with this request, please provide more information. Is that URL that worked for you in Mint.com the URL that you would use if logging in on the financial institution website directly? If it isn't, would you please provide the URL that you use when logging in?

I look forward to your response!

    Hi @Coach Kristina ,
The URL that I use when logging in manually is https://www.thriventfunds.com. Thank you for looking into this!

    Thank you for your reply,

I do see one existing connection option that looks like it might work:

I can see that when you tried it, you got a 103 (invalid credentials) error. Would you please try these troubleshooting steps, to help determine if it is possibly just an issue with incorrect credentials?

    • Verify the bank being selected -- There may be several different versions of the same bank in the Add Account bank list, so be sure you're selecting the correct one. If you're not sure, compare the URLs shown for each bank.
    • Verify your login information – Type your password/PIN into a text application to ensure you don’t have any typographical errors. Then, copy and paste your login information into Quicken Simplifi to ensure accuracy.
    • Verify your login at the bank’s website – Try to sign in to your bank’s website using the same login credentials to ensure you've not locked yourself out of the account and that the credentials are still valid.
    • Check for an app-specific password – Some banks require users to use a specific app password when connecting to a third party. Check with your bank to see if you need to use an app-specific password.
    • Update your credentials – Try temporarily updating your password at your bank's website and then try again to connect to Quicken Simplifi. We recommend NOT using the following special characters: & < > / \.

Please let me know how it goes!

    Hi @Coach Kristina ,

I tried these suggestions but they did not work. If I go to https://www.thrivent.com/index.html and try to log in there, my credentials do not work. It also fails if I try it in Simplifi. This is because thrivent.com is a different service than thriventfunds.com. My credentials do work just fine when I use https://www.thriventfunds.com outside of Simplifi.

Thanks again for looking into this,

    Jeremy

Thanks for confirming that Thrivent and Thriventfunds are different services!

We have changed this post to a missing financial institution request and added it to the tracker. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee when, or if, a requested financial institution will become available.
