Requesting Adding of Financial Instituton

Was unable to find my financial institution to add the account so used the "Request" feature and provide the name and URL. With the exception of a popup telling you that your submission was successful there is no other communication, such as confirmation email, status email, etc. so I have no idea if it is being worked on, was rejected, there are issues adding it, etc.

    Hello @gmac,

    When you fill out the request through the Add Account screen, the submission goes to a team that reviews the requests and adds them to an internal list of financial institutions that have been requested. Unfortunately, there is no tracking available for the requester when you submit the request this way.

    If you want to have visibility of your request, I recommend that you also submit a request through the Community. For instructions on how to do that, click here. Please make sure to include the URL (web address) you use when logging into the financial institution website directly in your request.
