[SOLVED]Spending Plan: Planned spending not updating transactions; savings goals not loading

Solved this issue. Seems there was some sort of state that was messed up in the Account that was holding onto the goals. Deleting that account seems to have resolved the issue and both problems described below are solved.

I'm have been experiencing issues with the spending plan for pretty much all of March. The problem is two fold.
1. In the planned spending section none of my spending categories are actually loading any of my transactions of that category. From the spending plan it looks like there has been no transactions yet this month (not the case)
2. The savings goals fail to load
For (2) I can see specifically the error in the browser that is happening.
Any help with this issue would be great. The service doesn't really work without the core spending plan feature functioning.
