What is the green check mark? (edited)

I just noticed this column where the green check mark is in the image above…and it's not labeled and when I hover over it, it doesn't tell me anything…I THINK it might be "cleared", but I'm not sure…

Also, if it IS a "cleared" checkbox then how are you supposed to use this? Is it for manually clearing things or does Simplifi do this automatically? How does this work?

The checkmark is the reviewed checkbox. It gets checked by the user. Sometimes, it gets checked when a user enters a manual transaction.

I personally use this to do basic bank reconciliation when the statement arrives. I check off each transaction on paper with a pen and each matching transaction in Simplifi using the green checkmark. This helps me to (A) ensure Simplifi matches reality and (B) find errors.

So it doesn't DO anything in Simplifi, it's just for us to be able to track things manually? It's not something you have to use, but you can use it if you feel it would be helpful. Is that right?

It is a check box to indicate that you reviewed a transaction for yourself or against a bank statement. It is completely optional to use, as you stated.

Off topic: Did you guys just use your signature to put the info on how long you've been a user?
