Make "Not excluded in reports" filter ON by default

Hi, I'm new to Quicken Simplifi, recently migrated from Mint. If I exclude an account from reports, I still see transactions from that account, but they are grayed out. It makes sense to have a filter to show or hide transactions from excluded accounts, but I think the option should be ON by default. In other words, every time I open a report, I always have to go to Filters > Advanced and select "Not excluded in reports", which is annoying. If an account is excluded, by default the transactions from it should be hidden, but it is good to have an option to show them grayed out.

Maybe the filter name should be different, and this feedback also applies to "excluded in spending plan"
