The videos are very outdated and extremely basic! It would be a huge help to have more of these that are updated and more in depth since my very first time in speaking with a help representative was not very good. (:. They were not very knowledgeable about the basics of the product.

I’m not exactly sure how to get back to this screen, but while setting up a new account for someone, I was prompted that Simplifi was offering a free one-on-one support session for new users. If a rep from Simplifi in this community could chime in, they could likely direct you where to click. That would probably be the best to get you started quickly.
