Web in-app message to enable across devices firing too often, not respecting 'don't ask again'

I'm getting the top right in-app message prompt asking to install / enable simplifi across devices multiple times per minute. This has persisted despite hitting the 'don't ask again'. So I'd say the campaign itself doesn't have the right throttle set to not show it multiple times to the same person plus the don't ask again isn't working. Finally, the copy didn't do a good job explaining why I might want to do this - it felt like a creepy ask. Thanks and hope this helps
