Mobile App: Ability to select Attachments from a folder on my iCloud account (edited)

Is it possible (like in the web app) to add a 3rd choice for attaching a file (PDF, JPG, or other graphics) from a folder on my iCloud account? I store scans of all my receipts by year and by month on iCloud. It's easy to do from the web app, but the choice of selecting from a folder is not available on the IOS app. Thanks!
